Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Denver Elite Field

Absolutely no refunds will be provided for Denver Elite field team tryouts or team registrations under any circumstances, including injury, illness, or withdrawal.

Denver Pride

Absolutely no refunds will be provided for Denver Pride field team tryouts or team registrations under any circumstances, including injury, illness, or withdrawal.

DU Pioneers Summer Camp

All refund requests must be emailed to info@lxtclacrosse.com before May 17th, 2024. Refund requests received before May 17th will incur a 50% processing charge. Absolutely no refunds will be provided for any reason whatsoever, including schedule conflicts, injury or illness, after May 17th, 2023.

LXTC Mammoth Box Training

Refunds for LXTC box programming must be requested via email to info@lxtclacrosse.com at least 7 days prior to the start of the program. Any refund awarded will have a 50% processing charge deducted.

Small Group Training

NO REFUND POLICY: Absolutely no refunds or pro-rating will be provided for Small Group registrations whatsoever, including but not limited to injury, schedule conflict, or withdrawal. You will have the option to purchase registration insurance in the course of the registration.

Denver Elite Box

Refunds for LXTC box programming must be requested via email to info@lxtclacrosse.com at least 7 days prior to the start of the program. Any refund awarded will have a 50% processing charge deducted.

DU PIONEERS LACROSSE

Refunds must be requested before August 25th, 2023. Any refund awarded will have a 50% processing fee deducted.

High Performance Training

Refunds for High Performance training must be requested via email to info@lxtclacrosse.com at least 7 days prior to the start of the program. Any refund awarded will have a 50% processing charge deducted.

DU HS Summer Team Camp

NO REFUND POLICY: Absolutely no refunds or pro-rating will be provided for DU HS Summer Team Camp registrations whatsoever, including but not limited to injury, schedule conflict, or withdrawal. You will have the option to purchase registration insurance in the course of the registration.

Goalie Evolution Academy
