Lockdown Lacrosse Academy

This Academy, coached by University of Denver Assistant Coach & Denver Elite HS Director Jack DiBenedetto, is for boys defensive players looking to improve their skills and training habits. He coaches all aspects of defense: IQ, footwork, stick skills, checks, etc. With small groups focused on each age group, players are able to get the attention they need focused on specific areas for personal improvement emphasizing the finer details of defensive skills.

Jack was a two-time captain for DU and started in 70 career games at close defense during his five seasons with the Crimson and Gold. He pulled in 74 ground balls and forced 58 caused turnovers which ranks second in Denver’s DI history. Coach DiBenedetto earned a spot on the PLL Philadelphia Waterdogs' 25 man roster this summer as well.
