Denver Elite Field
The Denver Elite field lacrosse program, powered by LXTC, is one of the top club associations in the country. Denver Elite is a member of the NLF, which is comprised of other premier club teams from all over the country. The Denver Elite experience is focused on athletic and skill development, personal growth, fun and support in the college search and recruiting process. Both the youth and high school teams experience intense college-level practices and play in local and travel tournaments against top competition throughout North America. Playing on Denver Elite is one of the greatest experiences that a young athlete will have in his sports career.
For the 2024 calendar year, Denver Elite is making changes to our tryout and team selection process. We are moving to a single tryout model, through which players will be invited to participate on both summer and fall teams for the year.
In other words, summer team players in graduation years 2026- 2032 will automatically be included on a fall team and expected to compete in that season as well. Very limited exceptions to the new policy may be granted upon advance request, specifically for fall scholastic sport participation or boarding school attendance.
SUMMER TRYOUT DETAILS
Teams will be organized at the 2025 through 2032 grad year levels. 2033 players may try out for the 2032 team.

AGE GUIDELINES FOR NLF CLUB AFFILIATES
Denver Elite belongs to the National Lacrosse Federation, which represents the pinnacle of club lacrosse in the United States.
The NLF has partnered with USA Lacrosse, to provide age guidelines for premier boys lacrosse clubs like ours to follow. These guidelines will help to insure a more level playing field in youth lacrosse, as they become widely adopted by clubs and tournaments.
Use the chart above to determine the appropriate youth Denver Elite team for which your son should try out. For players with June, July, or August birthdays, we recommend that they continue to try out with their natural graduation year team.
*Guidelines apply to players 2029 and younger only.
