High Performance Training
LXTC Lacrosse is proud to continue our High Performance Training Series with the mission of creating a fun, challenging environment for youth athletes to explore their athletic limits, improve qualities of speed, agility, and strength, eliminate injuries, and take their game to a higher level. The sport of lacrosse is ever-changing, and it’s important that athletic training evolve along with it. These Training Series sessions will be led by University of Denver’s Men’s Lacrosse Sports Performance Coach, Massimo Gioffre and his staff.
