DU Sunday Skill Sessions

The DU Sunday Skill Sessions are for young players who want to learn the proper skills, techniques, and approaches from the best coaches and players in the game. These clinics are perfect for young players who have played lacrosse for a couple of years. We will be focused on teaching fundamentals for future success and having fun with the game.

This skills training is designed to prepare players for eventual participation at the club lacrosse level, ideally with our Denver Elite travel teams.  LXTC coaches will lead players through high-level training designed to improve stick skills, shooting, defensive techniques, lacrosse IQ, and overall athleticism.
