Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Denver Elite Field

Absolutely no refunds will be provided for Denver Elite field team tryouts or team registrations under any circumstances, including injury, illness, or withdrawal.

Denver Pride

Absolutely no refunds will be provided for Denver Pride field team tryouts or team registrations under any circumstances, including injury, illness, or withdrawal.

Denver Elite Box

Absolutely no refunds will be provided for Denver Elite box team tryouts or team registrations under any circumstances, including injury, illness, or withdrawal.

DU Pioneers Summer Camp

All refund requests must be emailed to info@lxtclacrosse.com before May 17th, 2024. Refund requests received before May 17th will incur a 50% processing charge. Absolutely no refunds will be provided for any reason whatsoever, including schedule conflicts, injury or illness, after May 17th, 2024. We recommend that parents purchase the insurance provided as an option during the course of this registration.

Goalie Evolution Academy

NO REFUND POLICY: Absolutely no refunds or pro-rating will be provided for GEA registrations whatsoever, including but not limited to injury, schedule conflict, or withdrawal. You will have the option to purchase registration insurance in the course of the registration.

CCBLL College Box League

Refunds for CCBLL must be requested via email to jessie@lxtclacrosse.com at least 7 days prior to the start of the program. Any refund awarded will have a 50% processing charge deducted, unless registration is being refunded because player was not drafted (full refund will be provided in that case).

Collegiate Games

NO REFUND POLICY: Absolutely no refunds or pro-rating will be provided for Collegiate Games registrations whatsoever, including but not limited to injury, schedule conflict, or withdrawal. You will have the option to purchase registration insurance in the course of the registration.

DU Pioneers Lacrosse

NO REFUND POLICY: Absolutely no refunds or pro-rating will be provided for DU Ascension Camp registrations whatsoever, including but not limited to injury, schedule conflict, or withdrawal. You will have the option to purchase registration insurance in the course of the registration.

Small Group Training

NO REFUND POLICY: Absolutely no refunds or pro-rating will be provided for Small Group registrations whatsoever, including but not limited to injury, schedule conflict, or withdrawal. You will have the option to purchase registration insurance in the course of the registration.

High Performance Training

Refunds for High Performance training must be requested via email to info@lxtclacrosse.com at least 7 days prior to the start of the program. Any refund awarded will have a 50% processing charge deducted.

Battle in the Box

NO REFUND POLICY: Absolutely no refunds or pro-rating will be provided for Battle in the Box team registration.
