DIVISION I WOMEN'S COMMITTED GAMES

The Division I Women’s Committed Games has finally arrived for high school student athletes currently committed to a Division I Institution. Created and collaborated by Division I college coaches, the Committed Games provides a unique opportunity for a student athlete to begin building on-field chemistry, begin building personal relationships and offering peace-of-mind to the student athlete prior to arriving on campus. Now, and for the first time, the top young athletes will be able to compete together against their future collegiate rivals and connect on a personal level with their incoming classmates rather than waiting for their freshman fall season.

The tournament is open to any high school aged prospect in the following graduating classes, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018. This is an opportunity to be coached by Division I coaches and to compete against the nations best players. We will group players together based upon the institution they have committed to. Each team will have an instructional practice on Friday evening with their respective coaches. Each team will receive 3 games on Saturday, plus they will have access to positional play clinics throughout the course of the day. On Sunday, each team will compete in two games.

This is the first time where the future of Division I lacrosse programs will come into focus. “This is a phenomenal way for coaches and players to work together to build the future of their program” says Head Coach Shannon Smith of Hofstra University.  There has never been a camp like this before. This is where the best lacrosse of the summer will be played.
